On behalf of our client leader in the “Buy Now Pay Later “field, we are recruiting the following profile:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER / MENDRISIO
Responsible to react to technical incidents and provide technical support to the customer-care operators, account managers and risk team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor incidents reported by monitoring tools
- Make a preliminary analysis to understand what the cause of the reported problem might be
- Contribute in the definition and creation of quality checks
- Manage technical emergencies
- Be a point of escalation for other specialists (e.g. software engineer, system administrator, etc)
- Provide data from which business teams (e.g. risk team, account managers) can take decisions
- Prepare business reports
- Document manual procedures
Requirements:
- Patience, curiosity and ability to work under stress
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of GNU/Linux environment (e.g. bash scripting)
- Be a good team player
- Understanding of source code (e.g. Java)
- Pro-activity in automating manual processes
- Fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in bug fixing and coding
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Knowledge of German
