For our estemeed client in Mendrisio area, we are recruiting the following profile:

EMEA FINANCE ANALYST / MENDRISIO

The candidate will be a member of the Finance team and will report to the EMEA Finance Director.

Duties and Responsabilities:

Support the Finance Director in managing core financial processes & reporting
Reconciliation of US GAAP and Local GAAP Financial Statements on an annual basis
Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed
Support the annual external audit activities as required and manage the relationship with the auditor
Participate in the month-end process and perform full P&L reporting and analysis
Ensure reporting deadlines are met and data presented is accurate
Provide detailed analysis and operational KPIs
Provide support to business units leaders

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges, and experience:

5-8 years of work experience in Auditing, Business Finance, financial planning and analysis or corporate Finance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (studies in Business Administration, CPA, CMA or related field, are a plus)
Excellent command of English
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CargoWise is a plus
Solid understanding of financial concepts and system and proven experience with journal entries, internal controls, as well as preparation participation in external audits
Complete the profile: strong analytical skills, independence, results-oriented individual and the ability to work in a multinational environment.
