We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager to oversee and develop the entire scope of IT operations across our locations in Switzerland, Italy, Hong Kong, and China.

This role covers all IT domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and modern AI-based solutions supporting our logistics and warehouse platforms.

• Global IT Leadership: Lead daily IT operations across Switzerland, Italy, Hong Kong, and China.

• Systems Management: Oversee the architecture, maintenance, and scalability of mission-critical systems such as WMS and TMS.

• Enterprise Integration: Design and manage integrations between internal systems and client ERPs, including SAP and other enterprise platforms.

• Innovation & Development: Drive backend, frontend, API, and database development initiatives, implementing AI-based workflows.

• Experience: 20+ years of professional IT experience in infrastructure and software development.

• Management: 10+ years in IT management roles with responsibility for distributed international teams.

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in IT environments for logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.

• Technical Stack (Required):

   o DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization (Docker).

   o English 

   o Mandarin

• Location: Canton Ticino, Switzerland.

• Contract: Full-time, permanent.
